Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated:

• "scr2u" refers to the online gaming platform accessed through the website scr2u.onl, including all services and features offered under this name.
• "User" / "Member" refers to an individual who has registered and holds an active account on the scr2u platform.
• "Account" refers to the unique registration record created by a user to access scr2u services.
• "Terms" refers to this Terms & Conditions document in its entirety, including all policies referenced within it.
• "Platform" refers to the website, application, software and all digital media used to deliver scr2u services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds in a user's account at any given time, excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.

Registration Eligibility

scr2u is only open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Any breach of these requirements will result in immediate account closure:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of a third party.
• Legally capable of making decisions and not subject to any legal restriction from using this service.
• Have never been permanently restricted or banned from the scr2u platform in the past.
• Not using this service on behalf of another person or business entity.

scr2u reserves the right to request identity verification documents, including a copy of the national identity card (MyKad) or passport, to verify user eligibility. Users who fail to submit the requested documents within the specified time frame risk having their account suspended.

Registration and Account Management

Each user is only permitted to have one registered account on the scr2u platform. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current:

• Full name must match a valid official identity document.
• An active email address and mobile phone number that belong to the user must be provided.
• Users are responsible for updating their personal information when changes occur.
• Passwords must be kept confidential; scr2u is not responsible for losses resulting from a user's own disclosure of their password.
• Any suspicious activity on the account must be reported to customer support immediately.

scr2u reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to freeze, suspend or close any account believed to be in breach of any provision of these Terms. Users will be notified via their registered email if any action is taken on their account.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

scr2u provides various payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified under the same user's name.
• scr2u does not charge any transaction processing fees. However, the bank or e-wallet operator may apply their own charges.

Bonuses and Promotions

scr2u offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible users. Each promotional offer is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. The general bonus conditions are as follows:

• 100% welcome bonus up to RM500 is available to new users on their first deposit.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x the bonus amount received before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.
• Calculation example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → total to wager RM100 × 15 = RM1,500.
• Another calculation example: Deposit RM1,200 → bonus RM500 → balance RM1,700 → total to wager RM500 × 15 = RM7,500.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash; only winnings derived from bonus wagering are eligible for withdrawal once the wagering requirements are met.
• scr2u reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if misuse of the promotions system is found.

The scr2u VIP Programme covers five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — each offering weekly cashback of up to 0.2% (Bronze), 0.4% (Silver), 0.6% (Gold), 0.8% (Platinum) and 1.0% (Diamond) based on the user's gaming activity.

Game Rules

scr2u provides various types of games including slots, live casino, sports betting, arcade games and esports. Users agree to comply with the specific rules for each type of game:

• Each game has its own rules and conditions displayed within the game interface.
• Users are not permitted to use any software or method that provides an unfair advantage over the gaming system.
• Any game result involving a technical error will be voided and the relevant bet will be returned to the user.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, scr2u's server records will serve as the final reference.
• Odds and payouts for sports bets may change until the bet is confirmed by the system.

Prohibited Conduct and User Behaviour

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the scr2u platform:

• Collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or unlawfully exploit promotions for gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence for betting purposes without written authorisation.
• Registering multiple accounts under the same or different identities.
• Abusing the bonus system or exploiting loopholes in promotion rules.
• Spreading false information or deceiving customer support staff.
• Engaging in any activity that violates laws relating to money laundering or terrorism financing.

scr2u reserves the right to take immediate action, including account closure and fund withholding, against any user suspected of breaching these rules. Any earnings obtained through means that violate these Terms may be reclaimed by scr2u.

Limitation of Liability

scr2u provides its services on an "as is" basis. The platform is responsible for ensuring the system runs properly, but there are liability limits that users acknowledge:

• scr2u is not responsible for losses arising from internet disruptions, user device failures, or technical issues outside the platform's control.
• scr2u does not cover users' financial losses arising from betting decisions, except in cases of verified technical errors.
• Users acknowledge that online games involve an element of risk and that they play at their own risk.
• The maximum total liability of scr2u to any user in a one-month period will not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user during that period.

Account Termination and Closure

Users may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Before account closure, users are required to settle all pending transactions.

• Any remaining cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user within the stipulated period after the identity verification process is complete.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements will be automatically forfeited upon account closure.
• scr2u reserves the right to close the account of any user who violates these Terms, with or without prior notice.
• In cases of account closure due to fraud, all funds in the account will be held while an investigation is carried out.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

scr2u operates under an international licence and complies with the laws applicable under that licensing jurisdiction. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be resolved through the following process:

• Users are encouraged to contact scr2u customer support within 30 days of the date of the incident to seek a resolution.
• If a resolution cannot be reached, the case may be referred to the arbitration body designated by the licensing authority.
• The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

These Terms & Conditions are written in Bahasa Melayu as the primary language. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.

Responsible Gambling

scr2u is committed to responsible gambling practices. As part of this commitment:

• This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Users below this age limit are strictly prohibited.
• Users may contact customer support for information on deposit limits, loss limits, or self-exclusion options.
• Play within your financial means. Do not wager money you cannot afford to lose.
• Gambling should be for entertainment only, not a primary source of income.
